Lyra is an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) that is provided by some employers. It is separate from your insurance coverage. Check with your employer if that is something they offer.

Unfortunately, once a therapy modality is started, we cannot switch. Individual sessions can be incorporated when it is equal time between both partners. Individual sessions are common early in assessment phase. If you have concerns or questions about this, please feel free to schedule a consultation.

Yes, I am happy to provide telehealth sessions to make therapy more accessible when meeting with client that are in Arizona. For couples therapy it is highly encouraged for couples to be in the same location.
